I invite you to take some time today to answer the angels’ question. You might feel called to write a list, journal, or meditate. As you think of the areas where you are resisting, see yourself handing them over to the angels. Allow them to take these worries, fears, and burdens from you and heal the resistance. Finally, breathe and allow them to reconnect you to your sacred rhythm.
