When this message came through, it was clear that it was a direct message from God (Source, Universe). This message is a meditation in itself. Take time to read it mindfully a few times today feeling the energy of the message sinking in to every fiber of your being. Feel the words healing your body and activating your soul. You may even feel called to print it off and post it where you can see it throughout your day (on your bathroom mirror, the fridge etc).

Furthermore, you may choose to repeat the following affirmation, “I am worthy. I am loved. I am a miracle. I am worthy. I am loved. I am a miracle.” You truly are. Thank you for all that you are and for shining so brightly!
