Today’s message from the angels provides healing to open our hearts so that we may give and receive joyously.

For today’s meditation, feel the hands of the angels’ on your heart and accept their healing light. As you receive this healing, allow the angels to show you where in your life you are closing yourself off to both giving and receiving. Notice if any self-criticism or anger arises in this process. If so, first ask the emotion if it has a message for you and then allow the angels to release the energy and fill you with light. You may also feel called to have the angels connect you with the energy of creation. Is there something that you have been working toward creating? How are you being called to move forward with this creation by both giving and receiving? Trust that with this healing you will move forward to create with greater ease, joy, and light!
