How often do you connect with the energy of water and receive its healing? Today, be sure to take some sacred time to do so. You can even make it a game and see how many beautiful ways you can connect to water and receive its healing energy as you go about your day…
You may take time to meditate and envision yourself floating on calm, peaceful waters. You may take a warm bath, shower, or go for a swim. If applicable, you may go out for a walk in the rain without an umbrella! Or you could even intentionally connect to the water that you drink and feel it spreading calming, healing energy throughout your entire body as you drink it. Have fun with the many ways that water is ready to heal us and be sure to express gratitude as you receive this healing.
