I love this message, especially the part about it not being about “stacking the scales appropriately.” Often when I have thought about creating balance in the past it somehow connected to adjusting my schedule to ensure there was an appropriate amount of time and space for everything. It became another task or goal to achieve - a goal that had a moving target.
What does it feel like to reframe balance as flow? I immediately feel the rhythm of it, like a dance. Envisioning balance as a flowing dance immediately makes me feel lighter and happier.
In meditation, connect with the angels and ask them to fill you with healing light. As they do, feel the heartbeat of the universe - the sacred rhythm of life - pulsing through you. You may even envision the different energy within you as a myriad of colors, all flowing and moving beautifully to the rhythm in harmony. If you feel called, get up and move your body to the rhythm as you breathe and feel yourself filling with more healing light.
As you go about your day and look at your schedule this week, connect to the rhythm once more. Ask yourself, “How can I surrender to Flow this week? What does Flow wish for me to create? What does Flow wish for me to let go?” Be at peace and trust that you will be divinely guided in this process. Be open and curious to how Flow will create a feeling of balance and ease in your life.
