In recent messages, the angels have been reminding us of the importance of our DNA and our ancestral lineage. This past month I have been guided to work with the angels on my own ancestral healing. There is no coincidence that this is coming up now. Our DNA contains the energy of our ancestors. Of course, this is energy of incredible light and love, and it also houses deep pain and suffering. We are called to honor and connect to that love while also holding space for the suffering. We must acknowledge the suffering in order to heal it once and for all; for ourselves and for others, including the earth.

However you feel called, connect to the energy of your DNA today and listen. Open your heart to the messages it has for you and to any healing that needs to take place. Allow the angels to surround you and your ancestors with divine light and to release the suffering. Make this an ongoing practice as there is a great amount needing to be healed as well as deep wisdom to bring to the surface. This is part of a much needed process to support all of us to raise to a higher vibration. We are ready!
