Today’s message from the angels is a meditation in itself. Call the angels in today to perform this healing on you. Once you connect, you may wish you envision the chains that are binding you. Ask the angels to show you or tell you what the chains are comprised of and what needs to be healed. What worries are you holding onto? What problems from the past are you still trying to solve or fix? What are you still carrying from the past that is ready to release? What are you trying to control now to ensure the future unfolds in a certain way? This is a practice that you can do as often as needed. Remember that the angels are always with you and they are ready to support you at any time.
