This message from the angels is both healing and empowering. I feel like I could use the phrase, “Your expression knows no bounds” plastered to my bathroom mirror so I receive it as a daily reminder. How are you currently stifling your expression? It may be not speaking up about something that you feel is unjust or holding back in sharing something about yourself that you believe others may criticize. Or it could even be feeling called to go down a certain path and create something new (a business, a book, a painting) but you have held yourself back believing you aren’t ready, worthy, or you don’t have the resources needed to begin.

However you may be holding yourself back, the angels are ready to support you in releasing your fear of self-expression. Create sacred time today and allow the angels to provide this healing for you. See them surrounding you in heavenly light and invite them to show you what is currently binding your soul expression. Be open and curious as to what this may be. The angels may take you to a past event where someone shamed you and you learned that it is safer to keep yourself small. Or they may take you to look at yourself in the mirror, showing you how you are binding yourself while also reminding you that you have the power to free yourself. The image I’m seeing is a person in a bird cage looking outside for the key, not seeing the key has been in their hand the entire time.

Breathe deeply, feel the angels filling you with the brightest light and purest love. Allow this energy to expand within you - envision yourself on a mountaintop as a beacon of light! When you feel ready, take the key and unlock the cage. It is time to fly and to sing!
