There is so much power and deep wisdom in this message and therefore so much I could expand upon. However, I feel called to allow you to sit with this message so that you may receive the specific wisdom that it has for you.
For today’s meditation practice, start by reading this message a few times over. Be sure to take a pause between each read through. Breathe deeply in this pause and close your eyes. What do you see, hear, and/or feel? When you are ready, read the passage again and notice what leaps out at you. It could be a word, a phrase or perhaps an image that you get as you read. Again, close your eyes and breathe deeply. As you do so, notice what you receive.
You may feel complete here, but if you feel called to go deeper, enter into meditation in the way that feels best for you. Once you are relaxed and connected to the light, feel you heartbeat. As you feel the beat of your heart, say the word, “peacemaker” out loud or in your head with each heart beat. Allow yourself to relax even more deeply and ask the angels to show you how you are called to be a peacemaker at this time. Remember to ask not only how you are called to be a peacemaker for others and for the earth, but how you are called to be a peacemaker for yourself. Breathe and trust what you receive.
As you go about your day, remember that you are so loved and blessed. However you may be called to be the peacemaker, know that you are supported to do so with ease.
