The monthly Sacred Feminine Activation Women’s Circles have been consistently selling out, so Shelley Short of The SoulSpark Mission is now offering an additional monthly circle for women that want to go even deeper in their journey of healing and empowerment.
For these circles, we will focus on a Sacred Feminine Rite of Passage each time we gather. This month we will focus on the Rite of Passage of Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Postpartum and how any challenges in our creative expression may be connected to our experience birthing children and/or being born. The Pregnancy-Postpartum Rite of Passage is not just about birthing children but it relates to how we create everything in our lives. This will be a powerful experience for all women whether you have had (or intend to have) children or not. The healing we will do is also not just personal, but ancestral.
During our time together, Shelley will be providing hands-on Seraphim Quantum Healing along with sound healing through drumming, rattles, and song. Shelley will channel messages for the group and each individual to heal any wounds around our ability to create and to activate greater flow, confidence, and trust in our creative expression. Shelley will be doing hands-on healing while we are in the act of creating to add extra power to this expereince.
Please bring:
A yoga mat along with anything else you may need to be comfortable during the circle (bolster, pillow, blanket, etc.). Chairs will be provided for those that prefer to sit.
Materials for creative expression such as journal, writing utensils, colored pencils, markers, iPad for graphic art options. Bring whatever materials you’d like to create with during our time together but please ensure it’s nothing messy (no paint, glue, etc). The goal is to have materials for written or artistic stream of consciousness expression to play with during the healing experience.
This circle is designed to be more intimate, so spots are very limited.
