Birth Blessing Ceremonies
Pregnant mamas gather their soul sisters to hold space for mother and baby in a sacred blessing ceremony designed after the ones our ancient grandmothers held for those giving birth. This ceremony is designed to assist the mother and baby to feel supported through the birthing process

Birth Witnessing Circles
Postpartum mamas gather their soul sisters to sit in a sacred circle and witness them as they share their birthing experience. Healing will also be administered to the mother and baby to honor the process of the birth and empower them as they move through the postpartum journey.
Another option for this circle is to gather women that have given birth and create a sacred space for women to share their birth experiences and for me to administer healing around any traumas.
