Join us as Shelley Short of The SoulSpark Mission offers a somatic dance party that is like no other!

 During our time together, Shelley will create a safe space to move repressed emotions through our bodies and reclaim our power, passion, sensuality, confidence, and authentic expression! Shelley will create a channeled playlist from the Sacred Feminine Guides designed to support emotional release and empowerment. There will also be time for guided meditation before the dance portion and journaling/group sharing at the end of the event. Throughout the experience, Shelley will be channeling Seraphim Quantum Healing for the group and may also bring in sound healing through channeled song and shamanic drumming.  There may also be opportunities for hands-on healing to support further release. Everything will be catered to the women in attendance to ensure you are supported to have the optimal healing and embodiment experience. 

 Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a yoga mat along with anything else you may need to be comfortable during the circle and dance (bolster, pillow, bottled water, towel, etc.). You may also wish to bring a journal and writing utensils.
